The process

From bottle
to body.

Loop turns discarded plastic bottles into high-end fashion, eco-runway showstoppers and everyday streetwear. Industrial textile recycling keeps the material moving instead of ending up as waste.

  1. 01

    Collect

Discarded plastic bottles are gathered and sorted by type.

  2. 02

    Flake

Bottles are cleaned and shredded into small, clear flakes. Eight bottles make one tee.

  3. 03

    Spin

Flakes are melted and drawn into fine recycled yarn.

  4. 04

    Knit

Yarn becomes stretch, breathable performance fabric.

  5. 05

    Wear

Cut and sewn into runway, training and street pieces.

8Plastic bottles
in 1 Loop tee

Every tee
is 8 bottles.

It takes 8 plastic bottles to make one Loop t-shirt. Add tees and watch the count.

Recycle. Reuse. Reimagine.

Plastic doesn't
have to stop.

  • RecyclePlastic bottles are recovered and broken down through industrial textile recycling.
  • ReuseThe material is spun back into high-performance fabric, so waste stays in use.
  • ReimagineRecycled fiber becomes pieces worth wearing on the runway, in training and on the street.
